ABW's Wireless Humidity / Temperature Sensors allow you to monitor the relative humidity & Temperature of the air within a room or enclosure. This solution is ideal for monitoring humidity within greenhouses, industrial spaces, museums, saunas, refrigerators/freezers, and humidors. They can also be used for residential applications such as controlling mold, mildew, or dust mites. It is recommended, when possible, to select this sensor with an external probe--versus mounting the transmitter in a Refrigerator or Freezer Unit--to extend life and reduce the potential of internal condensation.
*RECOMMENDED VERSION SELECTION:
FREEZER UNITS: 0 (zero) or colder: With Remote Bulb or Industrial Version.
DIPPING CABINETS: With Remote Bulb or Industrial Version. Reason? Dipping cabinets that require defrosting have very high humidity levels, and even higher during defrost. The electronics can be kept outside the cabinet with a remote bulb or the Industrial Version is waterproof and can withstand lower temperature ranges & moisture.
COOLERS/REFRIGERATORS: Any version is sufficient.
WALK IN'S: FREEZER--REMOTE BULB OR INDUSTRIAL. COOLER: ANY VERSION.
HOW TO ORDER: (1) Purchase at least 1 Gateway per location; (2) Purchase all sensors desired for location; (3) Purchase a service plan large enough to cover the number of sensors purchased.
